Arskom is activated as Inmarsat’s (the first mobile satellite communication operator of the world) solution partner in Turkey for number of years. Arskom is also certified as Point of Service Activation (PSA) effective from 16th October 2003 with an identification code PSA 3077 for the vessels under more than 90 country flags.
In order to use a Mobile Earth Station (MES) like inmarsat-B, inmarsat-C, inmarsat-M, Mini-M, Fleet on board it must first be activated then commisioned to get satellite communication. Arskom can assist you in this process. We offer quick initial activation if your MES is to be activated in a country for which Arskom is accredited. The entire process can be completed within a few days often within one day.
Arskom acts as a Vizada’s (a world-wide satellite communication service provider) exclusive service provider in Turkey since 2001 by representing PUNCH Trade (UK) Ltd. PUNCH provides satellite communication services by using the Vizada facilities more than 2000 vessels. As we have many valuable customers, shipowners, yacht owners etc. in marine sector and we are the only and prefered solution partner for their every marine electronics inquiry.
